Departure from Ponta Delgada by the South road towards the village of Lagoa and Água de Pau.
Stop at Vila Franca Do Campo (which was the first capital of the island) for a visit and coffee break.
Arrival in the Furnas Valley, visit the lake, where the "Cozido" is cooked in the hot land (kind of stew) for lunch.
Then visit the botanical garden with the possibility of bathing in the natural hot water pool.
Crossing the island to the north coast, visit the tea plantation, unique in Europe and return to your hotel.

Departure to the northeaster region of the island.
Stop at the village of Ribeira dos Caldeirões, picturesque place with waterfalls and water mills.
Continuation towards Povoação, with small stops along the route in lookouts.
Lunch will be served as a picnic at the Ponta Sossego belvedere (regional products will be presented and tasted).
Continuation direction the fishing village Ribeira Quente.
Back to your hotel.

Lagoa do Fogo and Sete Cidades
Departure from the hotel towards Lagoa de Fogo, by the mountain roads. Stop at the "Vista Do Rei" lookout from where you can admire the huge crater where the blue lake and the green lake are.
Descent into the valley of Sete Cidades, flower crater and opportunity to walk along the lakes, or take a coffee break.
Typical lunch in Varzea.
Continuation towards Ribeira grande, visit of the ethnographic museum and a pineapple plantation with tasting.
Transfer to Ponta Delgada airport and flight to Horta (flight not included).
On arrival, transfer to the Hotel Faial Resort ****.
